What the evidence actually shows

This is the part the marketing skips. Across all these categories, robust human trials showing meaningful physique or performance benefit are lacking to absent. GH secretagogues do raise growth hormone, but that hasn't been shown to build meaningful muscle in healthy people. The risks and the rules

Two things every user should know. First, all growth-hormone secretagogues, IGF-1 analogs, and myostatin inhibitors are banned at all times by WADA — for a tested athlete, use ends a career. Second, these are unregulated research chemicals with real purity, dosing, and sterility risks (one myostatin drug, ACE-031, had its development halted over vascular safety signals). The honest bottom line

Bodybuilding peptides are popular far out of proportion to their evidence. A handful of the underlying mechanisms are real, but "raises growth hormone in a study" is a long way from "builds muscle safely in you."
